It had all the necessary stuff, and it was reasonably clean.
- Sound isolation was terrible, I can hear many noise from adjacent rooms. - Outside aspect of the building could be better maintained. (Inside, which is more important, was ok).

i had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was excellent. the hotel was in a secluded location on outskirts of pretty town. moreover, it's short walk to france and the uk, a campanile, and a reasonable eating place open.

The place was quiet and had very friendly and excellent staff who provided good customer service. It was reasonably large, air-conditioned, and had a travel cot for a baby. the hotel location was quiet and ideal on the outskirts of a pretty town.

The location offered was peaceful close to motorway network and Haguenau town centre, Campanile- Haguenau, and a reasonable eating place open. The twin room we stayed in was brand-new with camp bed made up for toddler.

Lady on reception was exceptional welcoming on arrival and very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable Shower a bit noisy Location was quiet and secure Having a kettle to make tea was wonderful, obviously english clients! Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to specify room location by email eg ground floor room required. A very enjoyable stay.
including breakfast in price would be attractive.

The staff were excellent and welcoming all the time. the location was perfect and peaceful, right by the motorway network and Haguenau town center. Land quaintly at an excellent double room with a travel cot for our baby. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Exceptional location, close to the motorway network and Haguenau town center. Ideal spot for a peaceful stay.
